Goal: Assist students in planning their future course schedule

Description: After conducting a usability test on an instruction set that was previously provided for students to assist them in planning their course schedule for the next semester, I redesigned the instruction set to fit the needs of the students better by molding the medium to fit online viewing rather than paper.

Description: A research study was done analyzing 4 different food delivery services and their hiring process, hours, pay, and responsibilities were compared to make an educated suggestion of what the best service was to work for.

Knee Replacement Surgery Timeline Poster

Goal: Inform knee replacement patients of the expected recovery timeline

Description: After conducting research, I was able to create a poster timeline for patients who plan to undergo knee replacement surgery to give them an expected timeline of recovery.

Goal: Analyze how different people interact with technology

Description: To understand how to meet different audience needs, we need to understand how they receive information. This study analyzes how 3 different groups of people within different life stages interact with technology and how they receive information to understand the best way to communicate information to them.

Social Media Graphics

Description: To keep students informed about upcoming events within the English Department and help them improve their writing with words of the week and grammar tips, the media lab posted graphics each week on the department's social media pages.
